Fairness
Fairness goes hand-in-hand with respect. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Here at Drum Point, we are focusing on playing by the rules in all areas. We emphasize fairness in games, sports, the classroom, and in the community. We are thinking about how people feel when they are not treated fairly.
The components of fairness are:
- Play by the rules
- Take turns and share
- Be open-minded; listen to others
- Don't take advantage of others
- Don't blame others carelessly
