\"\"After a long academic year of hard days, challenging classes, and hefty workloads, Brick Memorial Students kick off their last two weeks of school with the 4th Annual Allison Grasso Color Run. On this past Thursday, May 30th, students took throwing colors to the extreme.<\/p>\n

Through our very own Student Government Association, this cherished event has been going on in memory of a beloved teacher. Mrs. Allison Grasso has left her mark on Brick Memorial in various different ways. This color run is to continue that establishment. The SGA President Christen McWade, states \u201calways a fun event for a great cause. For a short event, it makes an important impact.”\"\"<\/p>\n

Students filed within lines waiting to get their shirts and glasses. All money raised will be going towards multiple scholarships available to Brick Memorial Students. These scholarships will be awarded to seniors this week. Good luck to all available applicants!<\/p>\n

Through the night, students got hit by the colorful dust on their adventures through the campus. Starting from the football field all around the student lot, there were multiple stations where clubs from our school had students throwing colors from pink to green and orange. An underclassman stated later in the night \u201cThis will be an event we look forward to next year, but I definitely need a garbage bag.\u201d Another student said, \u201cI\u2019ve always had a great time, I\u2019m sad this is the last time I\u2019m going to be able to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

From freshmen to seniors, from faculty to administration, this is an event for anyone.<\/p>\n

\"\"Everyone, including the teachers, had a plethora of fun running or walking through the paths. Miss Stansbury, the SGA Advisor and teacher at Brick Memorial, had talked through the night thanking everyone who donated as well as participated.
