His tenure has been nothing short of extraordinary, a steady beacon for student-athletes and families alike.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"906\">Coach Currie steps down after compiling 118 career wins, guiding Brick Memorial to six NJSIAA Sectional Final appearances and two Sectional Championships. Under his leadership, the Mustangs consistently demonstrated discipline, toughness, and sportsmanship, qualities that became the hallmark of his program. His teams were built on grit and grace, always striving for excellence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1347\">Throughout his career, Coach Currie shaped countless young athletes, both on and off the field, creating a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and resilience. His influence stretched far beyond Friday nights, molding young men into leaders long after they left Brick Memorial. His mentorship was the \u201csteady hand steering the ship,\u201d ensuring every player understood what it meant to work hard and represent the Mustangs with pride.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1647\">\u201cCoach Currie has been the gold standard for what a coach should be,\u201d said Principal Ed Sarluca. \u201cHaving worked alongside him as a coach and the Athletic Director for many years, I saw firsthand how he inspired our athletes with purpose and passion.
