VMMS was proud to honor our September Mustangs of the month. Every month, the VMMS staff is able to nominate staff and students from VMMS who exemplify the true character of a Mustang. Below are the individuals who have been chosen and what others have written about them. SEPTEMBER MUSTANGS OF THE MONTH:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grade 6:\u00a0 Leander Frias\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Leander works hard every day and always puts his best effort into his schoolwork. Leander is a true leader in the classroom, helping his classmates when they need support and encouraging others to do their best. He is respectful, kind, and well liked by both students and staff. I am so glad to have Leander as part of the VMMS family!<\/p>\n

Grade 7: Shaylyn Fastnacht<\/strong><\/div>\n

She arrived in 7th grade with a positive attitude, smiling, helping others and working hard. I believe that her true spirit shines through every day.<\/p>\n

Jayden consistently demonstrates kindness, inclusivity, and respect toward both staff and peers. He goes out of his way to make others feel welcome, creating a positive and supportive environment in the classroom and beyond. Jayden approaches his work with dedication and perseverance, showing strong effort and responsibility in all that he does. His positive attitude and genuine care for others make him a role model for his classmates and a glowing example of Mustang pride.<\/div>\n

Support Staff: VMMS Custodial Staff\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What an amazing job they did as a new team coming into our building and preparing everything for us!!!\u00a0 They have joined our building and become an integral part of our staff\/team all at once!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Teacher: Kevin Harris\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n

Mr. Harris goes above and beyond for his students every day.\u00a0 He not only educates his students, but he takes the time to form relationships with each one of them.\u00a0 They feel welcomed in his classroom and look forward to being in his room.\u00a0 In addition, the chess club he runs is amazing!\u00a0 Many students look forward to it each year!!<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
