She is the chairperson for our Green Team where she initiates school wide activities to foster an appreciation for our environment. She always attends after school and PTO sponsored events that help to better our overall positive school environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the classroom she gives opportunities to her students\u00a0 by pairing with her students and really getting to know them she gets to know them and their families so that she can understand the environment that they are coming from. She exemplifies the statement connections before curriculum, she understands exactly what her students need both academically and socially and emotionally. She was featured on the Tools of the Mind Twitter page, to watch the students in her classroom is like watching magic. I am proud to recommend Mrs. <strong>Jamie Forsyth<\/strong> as the Warren H Wolf Early Childhood Development Center\u2019s Teacher of the Year!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Educational Support Person of the Year has been in the Brick Township School District for 19 years.\u00a0 She not only is an incredible asset to the classroom she works in, she contributes to the overall positive school climate. She participates in after school and PTO activities, she serves on our Character Education and Charity Committee. She has organized staff events to increase morale, creates bulletin boards and is always a positive role model for her colleagues. This summer while she was laid up in bed she was texting me that she had a connection with the boy scouts to get us back packs. She is always thinking about others despite what is going on in her own personal life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the classroom, she works collaboratively with the classroom teacher to create optimum learning opportunities for her students. She is always encouraging, kind and understanding towards her students both academically and socially and emotionally.
