NOVEMBER MUSTANGS OF THE MONTH

VMMS was proud to honor our November Mustangs of the month. Every month, the VMMS staff is able to nominate staff and students from VMMS who exemplify the true character of a Mustang. Below are the individuals who have been chosen and what others have written about them. NOVEMBER MUSTANGS OF THE MONTH:

Grade 6:  Ryder Berger

Ryder is not only a hardworking, responsible, and respectful student, he shows kindness toward all his peers and teachers. He is a role model for his classmates.

Grade 7: Kai Stackpole

Kai is a very kind, respectful, and responsible student. Despite going through a very difficult time in September outside of school, Kai continues to come to school every day and maintains excellent grades and an excellent attitude. I feel he should be recognized for his resilience.

Grade 8: Adelina Burgerr
Adelina has a wonderful heart for helping, always looking for opportunities to lift up her peers and contribute to the community around her. She shows up every day with genuine enthusiasm, ready to learn, and tackles every challenge with remarkable grit and a positive spirit. Her ability to beautifully balance a busy schedule, including challenging academics, sports, and a rich social life, shows a maturity and self-awareness that truly stands out. She is a genuine inspiration to everyone around her, and we feel so fortunate to have her brightening the halls of VMMS.

Support Staff: Roe Leone

Roe is a kind and helpful support staff member. She is always willing to help me complete necessary forms and paperwork for PD workshops and puts a lot of effort into helping others while maintaining a stressful job. Despite some challenges she may face she is always smiling and has a positive attitude. This year since taking over observations, she is trying her best to help everyone schedule and complete observations in a timely manner which is appreciated!

Teacher: Sean MacIntosh
Sean MacIntosh stands out this month for the great work he’s doing in his new role as an 8th-grade POR teacher.  Mac has shown flexibility, reliability, and a steady commitment to supporting his students. His calm presence and strong work ethic make him an asset to every team he joins. And while he’s shining in his new position, Blue Wing definitely misses him!
