Hooray for HONK! This year, Lake Riviera Middle School’s Drama Club, run by Mrs. Perednia, performed the fantastic musical HONK Jr! This play was about a duckling who didn’t look like his brothers and sisters. He was different, and everyone called him Ugly. In the end, however, Ugly discovers that he was a swan and not actually a duck! This amazing play is all about how you can be successful, no matter where life puts you, and that being different is okay because that is what makes us unique and beautiful. This is an important message for everyone to understand. The marvelous performance was held on March 20th and March 21st. All of the cast and crew, including myself, put a lot of effort into this performance, and we hope you liked it. With that being said, all we can say to this amazing play is hooray for Honk Jr!
