PHCBR is located on the left side of the Warren Wolf School building. Though it has its own address, please follow signs for easy access.

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Open Seven Days a Week for Your Convenience
PHCBR offers easy access with same or next day appointments and no co-pays. Dedicated access available to Brick Township Schools health plan members, we are not open to the public.

In addition to our comprehensive primary care services, we are pleased to offer treatment for a variety of acute conditions, including:

• • Sore throats, earaches, and headaches
  • Strains, sprains, and other musculoskeletal issues
  • Coughs, sinus problems, and allergies
  • Rashes, urinary complaints, and minor injuries
  • Minor procedures such as suturing lacerations
  • Flu vaccinations and more

Specialized care including nutrition counseling, disease management, pain management, physical therapy, and behavioral health counseling is also available. 

At PHCBR, we offer Member Advocacy to assist you in navigating claims, non-PHC medical bills, and network-related questions. Hands on assistance for your insurance concerns or benefit related questions is just a phone call away at your Partnership Health Center.

Additionally, our Care Coordination service connects you with licensed nurses who help streamline your medical care. This service is especially valuable when early symptoms suggest more serious conditions, such as diabetes, cancer, or heart disease, ensuring you receive the right care at the right time. Multiple Locations Available 

All employees and dependents covered under the school district’s health plan have the additional benefit of access to all services at multiple Partnership Health Centers with additional locations available in Toms River, Long Branch, South Brunswick, Franklin Township, Hamilton, and Williamsport, PA – all with no co-pays or deductibles. We are confident members will enjoy the convenience of multiple Partnership Health Center locations. Most services at Partnership Health Centers are common, but there are some slight differences depending upon location. PHC Patient Portal
